Job Title: Assistant Contract Manager/Logistics AM
Location: Western Cape

Job Overview:
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Contract Manager/Logistics AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the contract management and logistics functions within the organization, ensuring that contracts are efficiently managed and logistics operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers, and other partners
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and vendors
- Analyze data and prepare reports on contract performance and logistics operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Provide support to the Contract Manager and Logistics Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
