Job Title: Onsite Training Officer

Location: Onsite at various hotel properties

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Onsite Training Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide training and support to housekeeping staff at various hotel properties to ensure that cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are maintained to the highest standards. The Housekeeping Onsite Training Officer will work closely with staff members, supervisors, and management to develop and facilitate training programs, implement best practices, and monitor performance to continuously improve housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping training programs, including onboarding for new staff members and ongoing training for existing employees
- Conduct onsite training sessions with staff to demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Evaluate housekeeping operations at various properties and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and managers to ensure training is aligned with organizational goals and standards
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing support and coaching to housekeeping staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance training programs and drive efficiency in housekeeping operations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel to various properties for onsite training sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other training software programs
- Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus
